My interest in saltwater aquariums came from my bother Jon. He had a few paper routes as a teenager, in the better part of town, so he made good money.
He always had money to spend, and spend it he did, on his saltwater fish aquarium setup.
He would buy the most colorful, rare and exotic saltwater aquarium fish. It was incredible to watch them. But soon they would die…
Jon spent most of his time with saltwater aquarium maintenance. He was always checking the pH and the water mineral content. But then there were always problems because the fish would soon die. So he gave up after a year or so, and dismantled his saltwater aquarium and moved on to freshwater aquariums.
This began my interest in finding the right way to do saltwater aquarium setup and maintenance. And finding the best aquarium supplies. So that I could once again enjoy those beautiful saltwater aquarium fish.
